Here’s an oldie but constantly relevant and adaptable workout program from the legend Bas Rutten. At only 30mins this is a great home, gym, even hotel room workout on the road or assignment. The intensity is entirely up to you, so this workout can be as adaptively challenging as you make it.

The Circuit recently had the pleasure to meet and interview Joe Saunders, creator of the Managing Violence podcast (look out for that dropping in the near future).
Joe is a leading expert in occupational violence and verbal de-escalation, as well as a lifelong martial artist. On his show, Joe interviews global thought leaders and legends of the management of violence and also provides his own take on how to keep our families and communities safe.
This show is highly recommended to anyone who works in an environment where workplace violence is an occupational hazard (pretty much everyone reading this newsletter).
