Philippe Minchin is researcher for BCB International Ltd, a company that has been providing protective and survival equipment to the military for over 50 years.  Before joining BCB, he spent seven years as a Researcher for a Member of the UK Parliament who represented the UK in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and served on the House of Commons’ Defence Select Committee.
