What Are you Overlooking?

Most people reading this will be bang in the middle of a long holiday weekend and your fitness goals may, justifiably, be on the back burner while you take some well-earned rest. But what about the rest of the year? Physical fitness is an important topic in our industry and one that, for the most part, is taken very seriously by the majority. Though, that’s not to say we can’t lose sight of our goals, from time to time, or find ourselves in a bit of a training slump. Well, fear not, we’ve got you covered with some fantastic advice and motivation in this week’s edition of On the Circuit.

Let's get into it.

The Circuit Magazine Podcast
