Richard Rempo

Richard Rempo is Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Trend Security Services and a 25-year veteran of federal and state law enforcement. As a former Federal Air Marshal and State Counterterrorism Investigator with the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, he has led multi-agency operations across domestic terrorism investigations, undercover assignments, and high-risk protective details. Since moving into the private sector in 2014, Richard has directed complex security operations for high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and Fortune 100 to Fortune 500 companies across the United States, Europe, the Mediterranean, and Latin America. In his current role he oversees a team of 135 protection agents and 30 global partners, managing security planning, executive protection details, risk and threat assessments, and an operational budget of $5 to $7 million annually.
